* OpenView and NNM network and application monitoring of both Unix and Windows servers and applications.

* ServiceDesk help desk/trouble ticketing/change management system and associated Oracle database integrated with OpenView monitoring solution.

* VitalNet network utilization measurement, trending and reporting application and associated Microsoft SQL server.
